Heated pool with mountain views
The heated pool offered stunning mountain views, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A perfect retreat for a family getaway!
However, the parking situation was quite frustrating. Returning at night meant circling the lot for a space, which dampened our evenings a bit.

The experience at this hotel was fantastic! The facilities were top-notch, and my family loved spending time by the pool. The free summer gondola access was a highlight, allowing us to explore stunning views and trails that our teenagers really enjoyed.
My wife says that having more family-friendly dining options would be great.

The one-bedroom villa was super spacious and had a cozy fireplace, which was perfect after a long day. The bed was really comfortable too! I liked how clean everything was, and the atmosphere felt really nice. Just one downside, the kitchen could use some updates, especially the pans. Also, the air conditioning didn’t cool the bedroom well. But overall, it was a solid stay!

missingWrote a review on 16 Marfriendly staffspacious kitchengreat locationlimited dininginterrupted hot waternon-functioning hot tubs
I really enjoyed my stay in the Two-Bedroom Villa with Sofa Beds and Fireplace. The villa provided plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together, creating a homey atmosphere. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the ski slopes, making it super convenient for skiing. The hot tubs were enjoyable, but frustratingly, only two out of six were working during our visit. We also faced a few inconveniences like not having hot water for a couple of hours one night, which was bothersome. The maintenance staff was prompt in handling issues, so that was a plus. Staff friendliness varied. some were welcoming, while others seemed overwhelmed. Parking was decent, but the garage can get quite full in the evenings. I'd recommend checking the hot tub availability before your stay. While the location was prime for skiing, dining options nearby were limited, and service at local restaurants often fell short.

The resort offers a stunning location with spacious accommodations and excellent amenities, though the restaurant options are limited. The reception staff are friendly, and the place feels very safe. However, the uncomfortable sofa and minor maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience.

missingWrote a review on 28 Jancomfortable bedbeautiful decorold kitchen utensilsinsufficient air conditioningsafety hazard
The room was spacious and well-designed, boasting a comfortable bed and beautiful decor. The outdoor hot tubs alongside the ski slopes added a unique touch to the experience. However, the kitchen area required updates, particularly the old pots and pans, and the air conditioning was insufficient for the bedroom. The lack of handles on the large tub poses a safety concern for elderly guests.
